Bridal Lounge
While other facilities may convert an old meeting room into a bride's changing room, our Bridal Lounges were designed by brides, for brides. Huge make up mirrors and closets, full-length 360° mirrors, comfortable furniture, refreshments and plenty of electrical outlets all combine to provide the most convenient bride's room you've ever seen.
Groom's Den
It's the groom's special day too. No other facility in West Michigan offers the groom and his groomsmen a private get-away with leather couches, flat screen televisions and cold beverages. He'll love it!
Cake Nook
You've worked hard to select the perfect cake and we've worked hard to design the perfect cake location. The picture of your cake cutting will be sensational!
Gift Alcove
Do you remember the old days when wedding gifts were piled up haphazardly on a flat table? Our gift alcoves treat your gifts with the same care with which they were wrapped.

Grand Volute Ballrooms is a full service caterer. We have a full commercial kitchen 
staffed with dedicated culinarians mentored by our internationally experienced Executive Chef. Everything you need for a fantastic wedding is provided - tables, chairs, linens, skirting, china, stem ware, bar equipment, silverware, cake cutting, staffing and much, much more. We offer meals served plated, buffet-style or at food stations and specialize in co-creating a culinary experience unique to your individual tastes. Our staff provides unobtrusive, attentive service that flows elegantly, leaving your guests pampered and satisfied.

Exclusively Grand Volute
Grand Volute Ballrooms provides plentiful space for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Our outdoor Wedding Oval sears up to 
250 guests. Our famous staircase weddings are held in the spacious foyer which showcases a decadent gold plated chandelier suspended from a 27 foot ceiling and seats up to 250 guests. You vows can be spoken on our gorgeous Grand Staircase with an equally grand piano in the background.
Our mirror-image ballrooms are spacious and sophisticated with plenty of room for your guests to comfortably move about. The Chatsworth and Kensington ballrooms each comfortably seat 300 guests, or they can be combined to easily seat 600 guests.
