What type of services should my guests expect?
For instance, when a guest gets up during a meal we refold their napkin. Every time we serve a new course we explain to the guest exactly what is being served. Dinner rolls and salad dressing are never just placed on the table; we serve them to your guest. Isn't this how you'd like to be served?
How many guests do your ballrooms accommodate for a served dinner?
The Chatsworth and Kensington Ballrooms both can comfortably seat 300. When those two ballrooms are combined we can easily seat 600 guests.
How many guests do your ballrooms accommodate for a stand up reception?
The Chatsworth and Kensington ballroom both can comfortably accommodate 400 for a stand up reception. When those two ballrooms are combined we can easily accommodate 800 guests.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit for any of the ballrooms is $500. The deposit is fully refundable within 10 days of signing the contract if you happen to change your mind. An additional $500 deposit is required to reserve any of the ceremony locations.
Does Grand Volute require a minimum I have to spend?
